An Active ElderSuite Subscription

ElderSuite is offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The service includes the ElderSuite frontend software and any related services currently provided. A paid subscription is required to access and use the ElderSuite software and its services.

The ElderSuite software must be installed on your computer. Users are responsible for providing their own computer and any additional hardware required to utilize the software and its features, such as computer systems, printers, scanners, or other devices. Additionally, users must supply the necessary services for the ElderSuite software to access the ElderSuite network, including an internet connection.

Please note that an internet connection and internet service are mandatory to access and use the ElderSuite software and network. Additional charges may apply for obtaining an internet connection and service. ElderSuite does not provide internet connections or services. If you need an internet connection or service, please contact an Internet Service Provider.

Operating System Requirements

ElderSuite is designed to run on Windows operating systems. We recommend using the latest version of Windows, but currently support the following versions:

• Windows 10 or Later

• .NET Framework Version 4.5.2 or Later

Note: We reserve the right to discontinue support for any version of operating system or .NET Framework at any time.

Hardware Requirements

• 4 GB RAM

• 500 MB of free local storage on Windows installation disk

• Display screen

• Keyboard

• Mouse

• Printer (optional, but recommended)

• Scanner (optional, but recommended)

Internet Service

An internet connection is required to use ElderSuite. We recommend a high-speed internet connection for the best user experience. The client-side software, ElderSuite, is pre-installed on your computer, which means only data is transferred between the server and your device, as opposed to a web application that requires transferring additional data for the user interface. This approach helps to optimize performance, even with slower internet connections.
