Good morning,
In administration method I selected medication taken at home and self administered, but when you print this it does not show any medication names on the form. Is there a way to have those names on form?
Thank You!

ElderSuite is behaving as designed. Those medications will not show up because they aren't qualified as the right type based on the Administration Method you chose.
If you want the medication to show on the Form 3050 then you must select a matching Administration Method that corresponds with those needing to be listed by State requirements. Basically, you must select the correct check box for them to be included as per instructions for DADS Form 3050.
Does this make sense?
