The Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is required and provided by TMHP. I have included some steps below, but a more thorough explanation of how to obtain and install is provided by TMHP in the TMHP Connectivity Guide. You can find it here: http://www.tmhp.com/TMHP_File_Library/EDI/TMHP%20EDI%20Connectivity%20Guide.pdf.

Update: Cisco AnyConnect / VPN Is No Longer Required
The information and setup instructions in this topic are no longer applicable.
TMHP has transitioned its electronic claim connectivity from the Cisco AnyConnect VPN method to SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). Current versions of ElderSuite connect to TMHP using SFTP, so Cisco
AnyConnect / Cisco Secure Client is no longer required for submitting claims or retrieving reports through ElderSuite.
If Cisco AnyConnect was previously installed specifically for use with ElderSuite and TMHP, it is no longer needed for ElderSuite's TMHP connection.
Please make sure you are running the latest version of ElderSuite before using TMHP electronic claim services.
This topic is being closed and locked because the VPN installation and configuration instructions below are obsolete and should no longer be followed.
