TMHP VPN Is No Longer Required
ElderSuite previously required the Cisco AnyConnect VPN to connect to TMHP for electronic claim submission and report downloads. That connection method is no longer used.
Current versions of ElderSuite connect directly to TMHP through a secure SFTP connection. Cisco AnyConnect and Cisco Secure Client are no longer required for processing TMHP claims or downloading TMHP reports.
Before connecting to TMHP
Make sure ElderSuite is current by going to Help Center → Update ElderSuite.
If Cisco AnyConnect or Cisco Secure Client is running, disconnect it.
Do not reconnect the Cisco VPN before processing claims or downloading reports.
An active Cisco VPN connection can prevent ElderSuite from communicating with TMHP.
Test your TMHP connection
Go to Claim Center → Manage Clearing Houses.
Select TMHP and click Edit.
Click Test Connection.
If the connection is successful, click Save & Close.
Each computer used to process claims or download reports should be updated separately.
If ElderSuite reports that the user name or password is invalid, contact TMHP EDI Support to verify your TMHP Submitter ID, password, and account status. MicroSolutions does not issue or reset TMHP credentials.
