An Active ElderSuite Subscription

ElderSuite is offered as Software as a Service (SaaS). ElderSuite, the service, includes the ElderSuite the frontend software, and any services ElderSuite currently provides. You must have a paid subscription to use the ElderSuite software and any ElderSuite services.


The ElderSuite software must be installed on your computer. You must provide the computer and any additional hardware required to use the ElderSuite software or any of its features. This includes, but is not limited to any computer systems, printers, scanners or any other devices needed to use the ElderSuite software. Additionally, you must provide any additional services required by the ElderSuite software to accessing the ElderSuite network such as an Internet connection.  An Internet connection and Internet service is required to access and use the ElderSuite software and the ElderSuite network. Additional charges may apply to acquire an Internet connection and Internet service.  We do not provide your Internet connection or Internet service. If you need an Internet connection or Internet services, contact an Internet Service Provider. 



Operating System Requirements

ElderSuite is designed to run on Windows operating systems. We recommend the latest version of the Windows operating system, but currently support the following versions:


• Windows 10 or Later

• .NET Framework Version 4.5.2 or Later


Note: We reserve the right to discontinue support for any version of operating system or .NET Framework at any time.

• 4 GB RAM

• 500 MB of Free Local Storage on Windows Installation Disk 

• Display Screen

• Keyboard

• Mouse

• Printer (Optional) - Recommended

• Scanner (Optional) - Recommended


Internet Service

An Internet connection is required to use ElderSuite. As high-speed Internet connection is recommended as your connection speed will determine your experience. However, client-side software, ElderSuite, is pre-installed on your computer and only data is transferred versus a web application which must transfer additional data for the user interface.


Requirements for Electronic Claim Processing

Requirements for processing claims varies by clearinghouse. ElderSuite is an approved vendor with

the following Clearinghouses:


Availity Clearing House Partner

• Basic Account - Currently Free

• Username & Password

• FTP Username & Password


Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Clearing House Partner

• Account - Currently Free

• Submitter ID

• Password


Additional Software Required by TMHP

Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client is a proprietary Virtual Private Network (VPN) software which is required for connecting to the TMHP network for submitting claims and downloading reports using the TMHP network. Currently, it is provided by TMHP at no charge.
