Support is provided to all ElderSuite users. However, not all support requests can be accommodated. These requests include those which are outside the scope of ElderSuite. Our goal is to provide support to all ElderSuite users for the following:


  1. Ensuring that ElderSuite is installed and is functioning as designed and without error.

  2. Assist users in becoming more efficient and more productive by implementing and using ElderSuite. We attempt to accomplish this by providing answers to questions about ElderSuite and providing instruction on how to accomplish tasks within ElderSuite.


We do not provide support for third party services or accounts. We do not install, un-install, remove or configure any third party services or accounts. This includes, but is not limited to clearing houses or gateways, merchant accounts, Internet services, cable services, phone services, alarm services, or backup services. 


We do not provide support for any third party hardware or devices. We do not install, un-install, remove or configure any third party hardware. This includes, but is not limited to the configuration, installation or setup of USB devices, printers, scanners, networking devices, network firewalls, or any required software drivers for those devices.


We do not provide support for any third party software. We do not install, un-install, remove or configure any third party software. This includes, but is not limited to anti-virus software, mal-ware software, virtual private network (VPN software, fire-wall software, or any business productivity software.


Non-Support Request Example

A user is initiating a marketing campaign and needs to perform a mail-merge operation to generate labels and letters, and would like to utilize the existing data they provided to ElderSuite. To accomplish this users would use the Export Feature of Eldersuite.


The ElderSuite Export feature is a great tool for providing the data needed to accomplish such a task.  It allows users to export ElderSuite data to be used with third party software, such as Microsoft Word. When utilizing the ElderSuite Export feature, users can save ElderSuite data to an external location and in an industry standard format, Comma Separated Value (CSV), which can be used by compatible third party software. Even though we provide this advanced feature, you must have the technical knowledge to utilized the exported data. After the export is completed, we cannot provide user assistance with the importing, mail-merging, or any other part of external integration with third party software. There are simply too many third party tools and software available for us to support. Users should contact support from third party software providers for needs with using data with those tools.
