Premium Support is included with each ElderSuite subscription at no addition cost and is provided to all users. Our support is categorized into Traditional Support and Self-Serve Support.
Traditional Support Options
We provide support and assistance with the installation and setup of the ElderSuite; we provide support and assistance for general questions on the usability of ElderSuite; we provide ElderSuite software updates for fixes, new features and/or enhancements; we provide one-on-one remote training for new customers; we provide Remote Assistance via remote assistance software which allows use to view and control the user's screen; we provide e-mail support; and we provide phone support. Self-Serve Support Options
In additional to the traditional support channels, we offer a variety of "self-serve" options. We continuously create and maintain valuable support, but more importantly, we provide the content in multiple formats and make it accessible via multiple different channels. Our "self-serve" support options are abundant and very popular because they are the fastest method for quickly finding answers to common questions and solutions to common problems. We have learned that each user is different and the method of learning preferred by one user may not necessarily be the preferred method for all users. So, by providing our content in multiple formats, we ensure that our users can quickly find the answers they need, when they need need them and get them delivered in the format they prefer.
